“Ice Cream”

1/2 T Peanut Butter

1/2 T Nutella

1/4 t Vanilla

1/2 Square of Lindt 70% Dark Chocolate

You Will Need:

  • Blender or food processor
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife
  • Fork
  • Small bowl

How To:

  1. Cut or tear one medium/large banana into smallish pieces and set in your freezer for at least 3 hours
  2. Chop the chocolate into small pieces. I do this by almost shaving off the edges of the chocolate then chopping up the larger chunks Chopped Dark Chocolate
  3. Blend frozen banana, Nutella, Peanut Butter, Vanilla, and Almond Milk
  4. Put in a small bowl, stir in the chopped chocolate
  5. You can eat it like this, or re-freeze it then thaw it in the fridge for a few minutes for a more solid consistency


  • To make this vegan, make sure you use dairy-free Nutella
  • Substituting almond butter or sunflower seed butter is also a great option
  • To make this raw food, you can remove the chocolate and replace it with your favorite nuts

Don’t worry about the high sugar content here, it’s mostly from the banana
