Banana Pumpkin Bread


Servings: 12

You will need

  • Loaf pan
  • Medium bowl
  • Large bowl
  • Cutting board and knife
  • Spoon for mixing


  • 2 1/3 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 3T brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup stevia in the raw
  • 1/4 cup Agave nectar
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 4 t baking powder
  • 1/4 T salt
  • 1/4 c unsweetened soy/coconut/almond milk
  • 1 T cinnamon
  • 1/2 T vanilla
  • 2 oz 80% dark chocolate chopped

To make


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
  2. Chop the chocolate into tiny chunks. It’s really dark so you don’t want a big bite of bitter chocolate, but refrain from turning it into powder.
  3. Mix together the dry ingredients in a large bowl
  4. Mix together the wet ingredients + sugar in a medium bowl
  5. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients
  6. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick stuck into the middle comes out clean.
